House Guidelines - We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood and truly value maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests. We kindly ask that you review and respect the following: ✔️ No parties or events of any kind (including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or large celebrations). Any violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum $1,000 penalty if evidence is found. ✔️ The primary booking guest must be 25+ years old and must be present during the stay. Third-party bookings or reservations made on behalf of guests under 25 are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and removal from the property. ✔️ Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially outdoors and on the patio. ✔️ No pets permitted. If traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance. ✔️ Children must be supervised at all times, both indoors and outdoors. ✔️ Shoes off inside the home to help maintain cleanliness and comfort. ✔️ Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind indoors. A $1,000 fee will apply if evidence of smoking is detected. ✔️ Before departure, please ensure appliances (stove, oven, AC/heat) are turned off and unused electronics are unplugged for safety. ✔️ No early luggage drop-off or pre-check bag storage. ✔️ Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. We recommend using a nearby pickup location. ✔️ Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional or overnight guests beyond your confirmed guest count. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in reservation termination without refund.
